Adopt a seaweed-eating sheep
The perfect gift for the animal lover in your life! Choose a sheep to adopt from our ’North Ronaldsay forever flock’. You’ll receive an adoption pack, which includes a handmade woolly gidft, and over the year you’ll receive quarterly updates from your sheep.
Visit www.seaweedshepherdess.co.uk to adopt a sheep.
Seaweed Shepherdess yarns & knitwear
Siân hand dyes yarn using natural dyes, including responsibly foraged botanicals and organic extracts. The yarns are made from North Ronaldsay wool, sourced from the communally managed flock - the sheep are hand clipped on the island and the wool is spun at the island’s mini wool mill. Siân puts together a monthly yarn club box - which includes a selection of treats made from crafters living on Scottish islands.
Visit www.seaweedshepherdess.co.uk to shop yarns.
Siân is also working on a limited edition knitwear range using North Ronaldsay wool - due to launch Autumn 2022. Please sign up to her newsletter at seaweedshepherdess.co.uk
