Wake up in Scotland by using the Caledonian Sleeper train which goes from London to Aberdeen and Inverness (change at Inverness for Thurso).

The ferry comes to North Ronaldsay once a week in winter
In summer the ferry comes twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
